I just love this book! It's such a drag to have tried every diet in the book and get to the point where you just think...and believe...that it's too hard and too impossible for you. This framework and program are so refreshing. Adding more PLEASURE into your life rather than DEPRIVATION is the message we need. Working on our thoughts and how hard we are on ourselves is critical.
